Aurora Perez 800m (W50) and Julian Bernal at 3000m (M90)
El Palacio de los Deportes de Zaragoza has undergone a historic day in the conference championship this Saturday in Spain Indoor Veterans, with the consequence of two world records for veterans. On the one hand, Aurora Perez Madrid (Pozuelo MadMapoma CA) that has broken the world record of 800m (W50) with a time of 2:24.49 (2:25.02 previous 02/14/2008 Patty Blanchard Moncton CAN) and on the other Galician Julian Bernal (Egovarros Viveiro) with a new world record 3000m (M-90) with a time of 19:59.60 (23:12.34 Frank Levine previous Nampa USA 11.03.2005).
